1997 Mercedes-Benz 320SL For Sale in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina 29928 This is a nice 1997 Mercedes-Benz 320SL, it is powered by a 3.2L engine with an automatic 5 speed transmission. This Benz has a panoramic top (the hard top goes with the vehicle as well), stainless steel exhaust, never burned oil. Some of the cars features, the mileage is 65,793,both tops are in good condition. The panoramic top is complete with a wall mounted hoist, the exhaust system is stainless steel. The engine is in very good condition with many new items The heater system and air are both good. Tires are also good. The radio has been replaced with a more modern unit. There are some minor things that are not perfect. There are two small covers that cover the ends of visors hinge that are missing, they were broken when i bought the car and are not available at Mercedes. I have tried to buy them but never found them. There also is a repaired worn spot on the outer edge of the drivers seat which was repaired before I owned the car and is not visible when the door is closed. The mechanical aspects are very good. All the twelve hydraulic cylinders to operate the auto top have been replaced in November 2015. The replacement cost by Mercedes was quoted @ $ 6,866.68. I had them replaced locally and the seals are warranted for three years.
