Used 1999 Lamborghini Diablo VT Roadster for Sale - Stock #BH99DVTR

The Diablo VT Roadster is one of the best looking, most desirable roadsters ever produced. The estimated number of 1999 VT Roadsters produced is a little over one hundred units, making this an extremely rare car. There are few vehicles on the road that illicit the reaction this Diablo Roadster does with its removable hardtop and traditional scissor-style doors. The hardtop is made from lightweight carbon fiber and can be conveniently stowed above the engine compartment. The 1999 Roadster was updated inside and out. Exterior enhancements included the fixed headlights and 18 wheels to clear the larger ventilated disc brakes. Interior enhancements included a new steering wheel with integrated airbag, a redesigned passenger airbag, and a new instrument console. This is one of the last Lamborghini vehicles to have an impressive factory installed Alpine audio system, the result of a long term relationship between the two companies. A desirable and costly option added to this car is the exposed carbon fiber rear spoiler. One final unique item on this car is the signature between the seats. Mario Andretti attended the Running of the Bulls event in 2000 and signed a handful of his favorite cars--you can see why this one made the grade. This is the final evolution of the Diablo Roadster...a car that will certainly remain collectible over time. Vehicle Condition: This Roadster is in very good condition throughout. An extensive clear bra was installed protecting the front bumper, fenders, a majority of the hood and rocker panels, and a portion of the rear bumper. While there are a few small imperfections in the clear bra itself, the integrity of the paint underneath has been preserved. The underside of the front bumper cover has some scrapes, but these are only visible from underneath the car. In the past several months the starter has been replaced, a new clutch was installed, and the 15K service was completed--we have all service records since 2003. The tires are nearing the wear bars and will need to be replaced due to their age. There is a flaw in the driver's door that is about the size of a quarter. Something beneath the paint has caused the finish to bubble. The door will need to be refinished to correct this blemish.
